By participating in Aurora Viewing Tours with Northern Tales Travel Services you are granted access to our free photograph library online, so you can easily download footage taken during the experience. These photos may be used by the company for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to use on the company’s website, social media channels, printed materials, and digital communications. With your participation you hereby grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings taken during theexperience to be used for the aforementioned purposes . If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded,it is your responsibility to notify the tour guide prior to the commencement of the tour.
