"Ronnie and I really want to thank you for giving us such a wonderful time in the Yukon. We look back on the whole experience with great affection and remember all the fascinating things that we saw and did. Your programme for us was exactly as we had hoped and we really appreciated the care with which you had put it all together, and then managed the whole thing whilst we were there."
